Your Purchase will be eligible for post usage return from the 31st day of receiving the order.
To start your return process, please follow the following Steps:
- Send us an email at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +91-6354998879 with an intent to return the product.
Subject line: Post Use Return || Order ID || Product ID or Product Name
- We will share a form. Kindly fill it to schedule pick up time, date and pick up address.
- Repackage your product using a suitable packaging material. E.g: The one you received your parcel in.
- In certain cases, if needed, we will send you a shipping label. Kindly print it and attach it to the package.
- Our logistics partner will pick the package from your doorsteps
We’ll credit the reward amount within 7 working days of receiving the products back. The refund amount for post usage returned purchase, is subject to condition in which it is received and is capped at 10% of the order value.
Please ensure that the Order ID and Product ID is entered correctly. If they don’t match or the returned product isn’t the one bought from Infinite X platform, the company is not liable to give any refunds/ rewards unless stated otherwise under some scheme/ campaign.
The post usage return policy may change based on brands, however in case of any change, the same will be mentioned in product description.
